We are set up to support the client with services or supplies needed for their job anyway. So it's easy to use us for the small 3% goal.
We are set up and want to recruit and provide personnel to support our client at the job site with various trades people, we can even put these recruits and trades persons on our payroll when needed to achieve the professional and ethical standards.
We support our client in any way that offers an easy and efficient way of achieving objectives of a project to achieve DVBE participation.
As a general rule, when considering our services we earn a profit of about 30% of the DVBE obligation. The rest of the money goes toward payroll and the cost of products provided. If you have a DVBE obligation ie, 10,000.00 we expect to profit $3000.00 and on those occasions the 3000.00 is applied to the dvbe goals and the difference is usually the actual cost of the products or personnel services that we make available to get the work done. In other words we operate under the premise of a 30% margin.
We invoice only after contracts have been awarded to our client. The base admin invoice is 20% of the DVBE obligation which is occasionally referred as being similar to a performance bond. The remaining obligation will be invoiced as services or products are provided. We earn the remaining 10% on the services or goods we provide.
It takes about 5 minutes to secure our DVBE Support or you can follow the old traditional route of Good Faith Effort and spend time, money and resources on a chance that you will win your bid. With us, we don’t want you to waste time money or resources on a chance. Our services takes 5 minutes to secure and if you don’t win your bid you have no obligation with us and no costs.

The company hasn't seen anyone trying to save the bidder time money and resources and we have been providing a savings to our bidders across the state for over seven years. As always good luck on all your bids.
What have we done, California generates maybe 15000 requirements a year that have DVBE goals, we have agreed to support about 500 bidders yearly, 95% loose and of those, we've saved the community of bidders a lot of money. The good faith effort is good if used properly but many simply pay for advertising and perform dubious but legal processes to achieve the GFE. This cost is estimated at $300.00 per bid. If you multiply that by 485 who used our services and lost their bid, there is a combined savings of $142,500.00 Having said this even people who do good things will get criticized because it is the American Way. Why I don't know.
