Most contracts require a performance bond and that cost can be as much as 3% of the value of the project.

With a 3% DVBE obligation we only expect to earn 1%  of the 3% and the other 2% is provided to the project  in form of supplies or services.  This means that you get more from us than what you will ever get out of a performance or payment bond.

We are a cost plus contract arrangement The expense is part of the DVBE obligation and is not in addition to the obligation
